基于PREE模型的石嘴山市“十一五”规划目标评价

摘　　要：根据石嘴山市2001～2007统计年鉴数据,建立石嘴山市的人口、资源、环境和经济(PREE)的多目标模型。依据石嘴山市的"十一五"发展规划确定了目标函数,应用模式搜索法对所建立的模型求解,并对计算结果进行分析,给出了相关的政策建议。According to the data of 2001-2007 Shizuishan statistical yearbook,the multi-objective model involving the population,resources,environment and economy（PREE） of Shizuishan is constructed.Then the objective function is determined based on the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ in Shizuishan,the pattern search method is adopted to solve the model and analyze the calculation results,finally some policy suggestions are presented.
