摘　　要：本文阐述了激光散斑法测位移的原理,运用富里哀变换得出了定量的数学表达式。同时给出了用激光散斑法测微米级微小位移量的整个实验过程与观测结果。其测量手段简便,精度高。This paper has expounded the princile of measuring displacement by the method of laser speckles and derived the quantitative mathematical equation usingFourier's translation. It has also given the complete experiment process and measuring resuhs of micro-displacement on the order of micron.This means of measurement is simple and convenient and is measuring accuracy is high.
