摘　　要：随着前往世界各地劳务、经商、探亲访友、留学等旅行者人数的急剧增加,旅行归国人员中出现的健康问题越来越受到重视。发热是其中最常见的症状之一,其病因多种多样,明确诊断相当棘手。本文讨论了发热疾病的相关特征,对发热疾病进行了简单鉴别诊断。With the number of people going aboard for work, business, reunion, study and immigration increased sharply, the health problem of returned travelers arouse increased concern. Fever is one of the most frequent health problems. There are many possible etiologies, which makes it a challenge to evaluation of fever in returned travelers. In this paper, characters of particular illness or syndrome in returned travelers are discussed to find clues for diagnosis.
