聚合硫酸铁的制备工艺改进

摘　　要：采用过氧化氢作为氧化剂制备聚合硫酸铁,探讨了硫酸用量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度这三个反应条件对产品各项质量指标的影响。结果表明,当硫酸与硫酸亚铁的摩尔比在0.31～0.41之间,过氧化氢与硫酸亚铁的摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度控制在20～35℃之间,制备所得的聚合硫酸铁的各项质量指标均符合国家标准。Usinghydrogenperoxideas the oxidantpreparationofPFS, oftheamount ofsulfuricaid hydrogen peroxide, reactiontemperamre and dine that thefourreaction conditions on product qualityindicators. The reasultsshow that whenthe s lflfuric acid and ferrous molar ratio of 031 to 0.41, hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate molar ratio of 21, reaction temperature between 20 - 35 ℃, the preparafi on of the P FS from the quality indicators are in line with national standards.
