毛冬瓜对肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721的抑制作用

摘　　要：研究用系统溶剂法对毛冬瓜80%甲醇微波提取物进行初步分离,应用MTT比色法测定毛冬瓜不同溶剂的提取部位对肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721的生长抑制作用。结果表明,氯仿提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物表现出显著的抑制作用(IC50分别为221.82μg/mL和563.64μg/mL)。对于正常肝细胞株L-02,氯仿提取物也具有显著抑制作用,乙酸乙酯提取物的抑制作用则不明显。Using the method of systematic solution,we makes elementary isolation of the extracts of Actinidia eriantha Benth.extracted by 80% menthol with the assistance of microwave.Then the authors studies their inhibiting effect on the liver cancer line SMMC-7721 by MTT.The results show that the Chloroform extract has the most striking inhibition effect,and its IC50 is 221.82 μg/mL.Then is the Ethyl Acetate extract and its IC50 is 563.64 μg/mL.As for the normal liver cell line L-02,the Chloroform extract also has an inhibition effect,while the inhibition effect of Ethyl Acetate is not striking.
