摘　　要：通过系统的比较筛选,研究建立黑莓‘三冠王’品种的适宜组培快繁体系,即叶芽诱导时KT与NAA配比较好,且KT:NAA=10:1;壮苗培养时GA3浓度为2.0mg/L时为适宜黑莓壮苗浓度;生根适宜培养基为1/2MS+0.1mg/LIBA+0.1mg/LNAA,成活率达93%～99%,为黑莓工厂化育苗和应用提供理论基础。Through systematic comparison and filtering,the＇triple crown＇blackberry variety＇s suitable tissue culture system was established.In bud induction,it is superior to use KT with NAA,and the ratio of KT：NAA is 10：1.In Seedling culture,the GA3 concentration of 2.0 mg /L is the suitable concentration for blackberry seedlings.The suitable rooting medium is 1/2 MS＋0.1 mg/L IBA＋0.1 mg/L NAA with the survived plantlets rate of 93% to 99%.This research afforded a theoretical basis for industrial breeding and application for blackberry.
