摘　　要：介绍了基于叠层实体快速成型的电弧喷涂模具技术的基本原理及特点，较详细地介绍了叠层实体快速成型的电弧喷涂制模工艺过程，为进一步开展此项技术的应用打下基础。introduced the basic principles andcharacteristics about the Arc-Spraying technology based on laminated solid manufacture Rapid prototype, given some details of technological process about the Arc-Spraying technology based on lami- nated solid manufacture Rapid prototype in order to make a necessary foundation for further application of this technology.
