摘　　要：通过对乙烯裂解炉热故障的红外热像检测，诊断出裂解炉衬里损伤部位及程度，炉出口横向温度分布情况，物料管线保温状况及炉管结焦程度。By using thermal imaging technology, we examined the lining defects, the still tube's transverse tempreature distribution and the thermal insulation of the raw material pipes, improved the performance and the maintenance level of the ethylene splitting still.
