负压封闭引流术在四肢开放性损伤中应用的护理观察

摘　　要：目的:探索负压封闭引流技术在四肢开放性损伤治疗中的护理要点。方法:2009年01月～2010年12月,对29例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢开放性损伤的患者进行护理观察。结果:29例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者无护理并发症发生。结论:负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢开放性损伤是一种简单、有效的治疗方法,保持有效的负压引流是护理的关键,同时还应做好心理和功能锻炼指导等护理工作。Objective：To investigate the nursing method of open limb trauma which treated by vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）. Methods： 29 cases of open limb trauma from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2010 were treated with VSD and psychosomatic nursing.Results： 29 cases were all recovered with no nursing complications. Conelusion：VSD was a simple and effective method in treating of open limb trauma. The key of the nursing procedure might be keeping effective vacuum aspiration , and the mental nursing and functions exercise guidance should be done well at the same time.
