连云港市文化创新与科技发展结合的调查与思考

摘　　要：在考察连云港市文化产业发展取得成绩和存在问题的基础上,通过实施优势产业突破、传统产业扩展、新兴产业带动、产业园区集聚四大战略,提出了进一步加大连云港市文化创新与科技发展结合的发展方向,使文化产业成为连云港市经济发展新的增长点。同时,针对存在的薄弱环节和瓶颈问题,提出了制订文化产业发展规划、建立文化产业领导机制、搭建文化产业融资平台、落实财政支持激励政策、提高文化领域创新能力、培养吸纳高科技人才等保障措施。This paper fully examines the achievements and problems of the development of cultural industry in Lianyungang city.It puts forward the way to promote the combination of cultural innovation and scientific and technological development.To address the bottleneck problem,the paper offers safeguard measures for the development of cultural industry,including formulating development programs,establishing leadership,building a financing platform,etc.
