摘　　要：对于一个国家而言,大学毕业生能否充分就业是关系到国计民生的一件大事,毕业生就业率与国家的稳定与繁荣有着直接而密切的关系。在对当前大学生就业形势分析的基础上,针对就业过程中的瓶颈问题进行归因探析,并论述了"以市场为导向,政府协调指导,高校以调整专业结构、加强职业辅导、创业创新教育为重点,学生自我职业发展"的就业指导新模式。Full employment of undergraduates is related to the national economy and people＇s livelihood,while the employment rate may affect a nation＇s prosperity and stability.Based on the analysis of undergraduate employment situations,a new model against employment bottlenecks is put forward to be oriented to market,coordinating with government,reforming the specialty structure and enhancing innovation and self-development.
