摘 要:针对航空航天等许多需要高质量隔振环境的工程领域,在指出了传统隔振方式的不足后,研究了一种新型的隔振方法——电磁悬浮隔振,并主要讨论了水平和竖直平动自由度的控制方法,它是采用主动控制的电磁力对振动对象进行悬浮隔振,控制方便灵活,各自由度可进行独立控制,隔振效果可靠,具有极大的发展前景。关键词:振动控制,电磁悬浮系统。In view of the aerospace engineering field which needs a lot of high quality vibration isolation environment,after the faults of the traditional vibration isolation method have been pointed out,a new vibration isolation method electromagnetic suspension vibration isolation is studied.The control methods for horizontal and vertical translation motion freedoms are primarily discussed,i.e.,suspension vibration isolation carried out for the vibration is actively controlled by electromagnetic force.The control method is convenient,quick and various freedoms can be independently controlled.The effect of the vibration isolation method is reliable and it has a large development prospect.
