汕头地区养老院和社区老年人生活质量、孤独感、自尊及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨养老院老年人和社区老年人的生活质量、孤独感和自尊及其影响因素。方法:用随机取样的方法,选取汕头市养老院和社区老年人109人,其中养老院59名,社区50名。使用生活质量评定综合问卷(GQOLI-74)、孤独量表(UCLA)和自尊量表(SES)对老年人进行评定。结果:①社区老年人生活质量总分、孤独感和自尊均显著高于养老院老年人。②大于75岁组老年人生活质量总分和自尊低于65-75岁组老年人;不同性别老年人在生活质量总分、孤独感和自尊方面无显著差异。③不同经济收入和文化程度的老年人在生活质量和自尊方面有显著差异。结论:社区老年人体验到更多的孤独感,养老院老年人生活质量和自尊低于社区老年人。Objective： To investigate life quality,loneliness and self esteem of the aged living in community and rest home.Methods： 59 aged in geracomiun and 50 aged in community were tested by GQOLI-74,UCLA and SES.Results： ①The scores of GQOLI-74,UCLA and SES of the aged in community were significantly higher than those in rest home.②The scores of GQOLI-74 and SES of the aged over 75 years were lower than those below 75 yesrs.③The life quality and esteem of the aged were influenced by their income and education level.Conclusion： The aged in community feel more loneliness than the aged in rest home,and the life quality and self esteem of the aged in community are better than those in rest home.
