摘 要:目的:探讨箱庭疗法对抑郁症大学生治疗的过程及有效性。方法:个案研究法,对一名19岁大一学生进行为期10个月的箱庭治疗,共24次。结果:来访者的箱庭治疗经历了抑郁情绪呈现、回归于转化、整合应用、前进四个阶段;在沙的使用和自我像等方面有独特性;箱庭能够促进来访者的人格发展,进而改善抑郁和焦虑症状,改善人际关系和学习问题。结论:抑郁大学生的箱庭作品和治疗过程具有独特性,箱庭疗法对治疗中度抑郁大学生有较好的效果,并具有长期作用。Objective: Explore the process and effect of Sandplay Therapy on college students with depression.Methods: By case study,a 19-year freshman with major depression received 24 sessions in about 10 months.Results: The process of sandplay therapy went through 4 stages: depression presenting stage,regression and transformation stage,integration and application stage,and progressive stage;there was specificity on sand use and self-images.Sandplay therapy could promote client's personality development and had significant effects on depression and anxiety's symptoms,and improved human relations and study problems of the client.Conclusion: There are particular characteristics of moderate depressions therapeutic process and sandtrays.Sandplay therapy has good effects on college students with moderate depression.
