摘　　要：目的研究和比较咪唑斯汀和依巴斯汀治疗接触性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法 81例接触性皮炎患者被分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予咪唑斯汀,对照组给予依巴斯汀。分别于用药后第7,14天观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗7d后,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗14d后,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咪唑斯汀可作为临床治疗接触性皮炎的首选药物。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Mizolastine and Ebastine treating contact dermatitis.Methods 81 outpatients with contact dermatitis were randomized into two groups;experimental group was treated by Mizolastine,control group was treated by Ebastine.The efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated 7 days and 14 days later.Results At the end of 7th day,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.01）.At the end of 14th day,there was not significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Mizolastine is a choice drug for clinical treating contact dermatitis.
