摘　　要：在参照产品可靠性定义的基础上，研究了通信网可靠性的研究内涵和规定功能后，给出了更加明确的通信网可靠性定义，区别了一些相关的概念。In this paper,the research object on the reliability of communications network and the prescriptive function of communications network are analyzed,and the definition on the reliability of communications network is given.Finally the general measuring indicator on the network reliability is introduced.
