摘　　要：本文在分析智能代理及多代理系统特点的基础上，着重讨论多代理系统在电信领域中的应用，特别是在智能业务提供上的应用。并以ＵＰＴ为例。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Agent technology and Multi Agent System(MAS),this paper discusses how to apply MAS technology in the telecommunication area,especially on the intelligent services provision.An agent based UPT system model is provided as an example of the intelligent services provision by means of agent technology.
