摘　　要：采用开关电容技术设计∑△调制器适应了VLSI的发展。本文提出了一种利用系数匹配原理，确定开关电容网络元件值，实现传输函数的方法。In this paper, a method for the design of high order switched capacitor ∑△ modulator is presented. Thehigh-order single-stage structure is introduced. From the noise transfer function and signal transfer function, the loop filtertransfer functions can be obtained. By coefficient matching of the symbolic transfer functions which are derived from thereal circuits with the loop filter functions, the values of the capacitors can be easily obtained. An example is given.
