关于三峡库区忠县发展低碳经济的思考

摘　　要：文章介绍了忠县移民安置区的特殊性和移民安置区发展低碳经济的意义,并对移民安置区发展低碳经济进行了swot分析,提出了大力推广低碳节能技术,实施以低碳为导向的产业结构调整,实行参与式的低碳经济发展模式,制定面向低碳经济的产业承接政策等对策。This article firstly introduces the construction of resettlement district in Zhongcian County in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and the low-carbon economy development there;on the basis of a SWOT-mode analysis,it finally proposes large-scale application of low-carbon and energy-conservation technology and a low-carbon-oriented industrial structure readjustment,and suggests participating mode of low-carbon economy practiced and low-carbon industrial development policies made.
