摘　　要：外文图书采编一条龙的工作方式有"采"和"编"互相促进的优势。它可以优化采访人员知识结构,促进分编能力的提高。分编技术在采访中的应用促进采访质量的提高,同时也有助于实现采访目标和培养采编人员的创新意识。作者还结合工作经验提出了利用采编一条龙的优势提高外文图书利用率的若干措施。The streamlined working way of foreign language books acquisition and cataloguing has the advantage of promoting＂acquisition＂and＂cataloguing＂.It can optimize the knowledge structure of acquisition librarians,and promote their cataloguing ability.The application of cataloguing in acquisition can promote the acquisition quality,and help to realize the goal of acquisition and train the innovative consciousness of cataloguing librarians at the same time.Combining the working experience,the authors put forward several measures to improve the utilization ratio of the foreign language books by using the advantage of the streamlined working way of acquisition and cataloguing.
