摘　　要：电话网的可靠性是电话网运行质量中最重要的指标之一．本文提出了用于不同本地网可靠性横向评价的熵权双基点评价方法，利用熵权法客观地确定各指标的权重，计算出评价对象到理想序列和反理想序列之间的距离比，从而对本地网可靠性水平进行排序．The reliability of telecommunication networks is one of the most important quality indicators.In this paper,based on the analysis of indicator system of telecommunication network reliability,a method is provided to evaluate the reliability among some local telecommunication networks.Finally,an example is given.
