摘 要:从采样方式、采样原理、适用性、发展趋势、样品浓度与机体整体浓度的关联性角度比较微透析采样技术与经典药动学采样技术的异同,探讨微透析技术进行药动学研究的适用性,根据采样对象性质,深入思考其样品数据处理的特殊性,提出并总结关于微透析样品数据的校正方法以提升微透析技术进行药动学研究的稳健性及结果可靠性。The differences between classical pharmacokinetic sampling methods and microdialysis sampling technology was compared to investigate the applicability of pharmacokinetic study and the sample data processing particularity by using microdialysis technology from the sampling model,sampling principle,applicability,development trends and the relevance between sample concentration and body concentration.The data processing specificity of microdialysis samples were deeply thought according the study object characteristics.The microdialysis samples data correction method was summaried on this basis to improve the pharmacokinetic study results robustness and reliability by using microdialysis method.
