摘  要:分析制冷系统中几种常用的旋流式气液分离器压降模型的计算方法,并对旋流分离器的升气管压降计算模型进行了计算对比。分析发现:对于一个光滑器壁的旋流分离器在低入口浓度下的压降,使用简单的经验压降模型是足够的;但旋流分离器器壁粗糙时,则使用Barth模型和Muschelknautz模型更合适;而Stairmand模型对摩擦系数的计算较为精确。The computational methods on several kinds of pressure drop models for gas - liquid cyclone separator in refrigeration system were analysed. And different pressure - drop models of pneumatic tube concerning several types of cyclone separator were calculated and verified. The result shows that for a smooth wall cyclone separator' pressure drop, at the low concentration, the simple pressure drop model was sufficient. But when the wall is rough, it was better to use Barth and Muschelknautz model; And the Stairmand model was more accurate to calculate the frictional factor.
