摘 要:结合映秀湾水轮发电机组转动部件的安全运行要求,建立其转动部件的动力学分析模型,针对其正常运行工况和飞逸工况采用商用软件进行转动部件的振动特性分析,分析计算发电机组转动部件的弯振、扭振和竖振的固有频率和临界转速等模态特性。通过和机组转动部件运转特性的比较和分析,来评估水轮发电机组转动部件的运行可靠性。On the basis of the requirements of safety operation of rotational parts of hydroelectric generating unit in Yingxiuwan Hydropower Station,dynamic models of rotational parts are established.In the normal operating conditions and the runaway conditions,commercial software was adopted to obtain the dynamic analysis of the rotational parts,the calculation analysis comprises the model characteristics such as natural frequency,critical speed of bending vibration,torsional vibration and vertical vibration.Compared with the normal operation characteristics and runaway operation characteristics,operation reliability of the rotational parts are assessed.
