摘  要:以溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶,负载于玻璃微珠表面,在NH3气流中直接进行热处理,制备负载型掺氮纳米TiO2薄膜催化剂.选取亚甲基蓝为处理对象,结合对催化剂表面结构、晶型和紫外可见吸收的表征,对制备的催化剂进行评价.结果表明,450℃下焙烧3 h所制备的负载型催化剂为锐态矿相;可见光的范围拓展到700 nm左右;负载均匀致密;实验进一步探讨TiO2-xNx负载型催化剂投加量、pH及曝气量对可见光催化降解反应的影响.溶液中亚甲基蓝的光催化降解动力学研究表明其符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学方程,呈一级动力学反应特征.光谱分析发现反应过程中其最大波长逐渐蓝移,表明反应过程中有不稳定中间产物的存在.Nitrogen-doped nano-TiO2 film photocatalysts,were prepared by coating TiO2 on glass beads and sintering in a NH3 atmosphere at 450 ℃ for 3 h.The coated films were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy.XRD patterns indicated that crystalline phase of the samples sintered at 450 ℃ is anatase.The UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy showed that the sample exhibited a comparatively excellent absorption property,which has red-shifted well into the visible region up to 700 nm.Their photoactivity were examined using photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution.The impact of catalyst dosage,initial pH and oxygen concentration on reaction kinetics were also studied in detail.The study of photocatalytic degradation kinetics of methylene blue in solution showed that the degradation is in accord with the Langmuir-Hinshelwood first order kinetics.Blue shift of the maximum absorption band of methylene blue occured as the reaction took place,which suggest the generation of unstable products during the reation.
