摘　　要：简要介绍了北疆供水工程通信专网现状,对软交换技术在北疆供水工程通信专网中的语音和视频业务应用进行了详细分析,阐述了SoftCo设备的主要数据配置,具体应用说明,在长距离、跨地区的水利通信专网中采用软交换技术设备,可提高沟通效率并有效降低通信成本,也为跨地区水利调度工作提供了更加安全的通信保障。This paper makes a concise description about special communication network status of north Xinjiang water supply project,and conducts a detailed analysis on the application of soft-switching technology in audio and video services of the network.Main data configuration of SoftCo devices is also elaborated.Its application in long- distance and multi-region water special communication network shows that it can improve communication efficiency and reduce the cost,and that it also can offer much safer communication guarantee for multi-regional water regulation services.
