摘 要:先用本体聚合方法由液化MDI、聚碳酸酯二元醇及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、乙烯基笼形六面体倍半硅氧烷(POSS)合成链末端含不饱和双键的聚氨酯弹性体,然后通过γ射线辐照制得了辐射交联型聚氨酯及其POSS复合材料,并用红外光谱、X射线衍射、动态热机械分析、热重分析等方法分析表征了它们的结构和性能。结果表明,辐射交联型聚氨酯呈现局部规整的无定形结构,辐射交联聚氨酯弹性体及其POSS复合材料具有明显的相分离结构,加入POSS明显提高弹性体的耐热性能。Polyurethane elastomer which terminated by unsaturated doubl MDI ,polyearbonate dio1,2-hydrooxyethyl methylacrylate and vinyl-finishing po e bond was synthesized from modified lyhedral oligomerie silsesquioxane( V- POSS), using the method of bulk polymerization. Radiation crosslinking polyurethane and its POSS-containing composites were synthesized by γ-ray irradiation. The structfire and properties of obtained sample was investigated with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (Fr-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that radiation crosslinking polyurethane had amorphous structure partly marked phase separation structure. with the POSS adding.
