责任事故犯罪法定刑的立法缺陷及完善

摘　　要：分析了目前我国责任事故犯罪的法定刑在刑种、量刑档次和刑罚强度方面存在的一些缺陷。认为为了满足司法实践的需要,也为了实现司法公正,应该对责任事故犯罪的法定刑加以修改完善。Some existing deficiencies in the punishment,sentencing budgets and punishment strength of the liability accident crime at present are analyzed.It is pointed out that in order to meet the needs of judicial practice and also to achieve judicial justice,the legal punishment of criminal liability accident should be revised and pefercted.
