摘　　要：本文从"描写论"出发,阐述术语在现实使用中发生变异的动因,主要分析术语的形式-语义变异,并从"意义"与"含义"关系角度论述术语词汇语义变异的深层机制。术语是语言动态发展模式中的一个成分,它将语言符号的稳固性和对语言符号不断重新认识辨证地结合于自身。This paper from descriptionism perspective illustrates the reason about why occur all kinds of variations with terminology in reality functioning. It analyzes terminology’s formal and semantic variability, and from the view of the relationship between ＂meaning＂ and ＂sense＂ discusses underlying mechanisms of terminology’s lexical-semantic variation. Term is a component of language dynamic development model, it will dialectically integrate the stability of linguistic signs and constant recognition about them on its own.
