摘  要:采用树脂吸附法处理嗪草酮农药生产环合工段废水,XF-03树脂静态吸附环合工段生产废水时,COD去除率为55.9%。动态吸附随着吸附流速增大,吸附出水的COD增加,适宜的吸附流速为2.5 BV/h。在连续4批的吸附-脱附实验中,各批次吸附出水的ρ(COD)约为3 000~4400 mg/L。甲基化工段废水按1%(体积比)分3次加入质量分数为30%的H2O2,pH值调节至3.0,氧化温度为80℃时,废水ρ(COD)由110 000~113000 mg/L降至53 000~55000 mg/L。The resin adsorption process has been applied to the pretreatment of wastewater from cyclization section about Metribuzin pesticide production. The removal rate of COD is 55.9% in the static adsorption using XF-03. In the dynamic adsorption, the COD in the effluent increases with the increasing of the adsorption flow. The optimum adsorption flow is 2.5 BV/h. In the 4-cycle adsorption-desorption experiments, the average COD in the adsorption effluent is about 3 000 - 4 400 mg/L. The oxidation process is used in the treatment of methylation wastewater. The optimal operation conditions are as follows: 30% H2O2 is added at the volume ratio of 1% in three installments, temperature is set at 80℃, pH is adjusted to 3.0. In these operating conditions, when influent COD of methylation wastewater is 110 000 - 113 000 mg/L, COD can be reduced to 53 000 - 55 000 mg/L.
