摘 要:针对水环境监测技术体系中监测点位的管理存在的问题,提出采用图文一体的工作流和地理信息技术建立规范化、业务化的水环境监测点位管理系统。解决点位申报业务的过程化管理,将点位布设优化分析功能与地理信息技术集成,并嵌入到申报业务流程中,提高了监测点位管理工作的效率。同时,在系统功能上将点位服务功能的定义与点位管理业务相结合,提高了专项监测业务的资源重用率。对系统目前的建设情况作了分析和介绍,并对下一步的工作做了展望。In view of the problems of point location monitoring in water environmental monitoring systems, an approach was proposed to develop the specialized water environmental monitoring management system adopting graphic-attributes integration workflow and geographic information techniques. Basically, the management system was designed to improve the performance of point location monitoring by facilitating process management of point location reporting operation, optimizing analytical function in point location layout through integrating geographic information technique, and embedding it to the procedure of declaring operations. Moreover, resource reusing rate for special monitoring operations was improved as the function of point location service integrated with point location management in the level of system functions. The paper analyzed and introduced the current development of the system, and discussed the future work.
