海普林软膏治疗高龄患者药物静脉外渗组织反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较海普林软膏与硫酸镁对高龄患者药物静脉外渗组织反应的治疗效果,寻找一种简便、疗效可靠的治疗方法。方法:48例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷外渗局部皮肤,观察组采用海普林软膏外敷,观察各组疗效。结果:观察组与对照组相比较,其有效率为95.83%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:海普林软膏外敷治疗高龄患者药物静脉外渗组织反应具有疗效可靠、操作简便、无明显不良反应等优点。Objective To compare the treatment effects of hepudiod cream and bitter salt on curing elderly patients with tissue response caused by intravenous drug extravasation,to find a simple treatment with good curative effect.Method A total of 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups named as the control group（n=24） and the observation group（n=24） respectively,which were given wet packing with bitter salt and external application with hepudiod cream respectively.Then the curative effect of them was observed.Results The total effective rate was 95.83% in the observation group,higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion External application of hepudiod cream to treat elderly patients with tissue response caused by intravenous drug extravasation has many advantages,such as reliable curative effect,easy to operate,and without obvious side effects.
