摘　　要：目的:探讨呼吸机机械通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析ICU病房近3年收治的57例严重胸外伤导致的ARDS患者采用呼吸机通气治疗的经验。结果:经机械通气治疗,57例中47例存活,10例死亡,病死率为17.54%。结论:ARDS患者应及早诊断并尽早行呼吸机治疗可有效降低死亡率。Objective To explore the mechanical ventilation treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）.Methods 57 cases of severe thoracic trauma complicated by acute respiratory distress syndrome were reviewed.All the patients required the mechanical ventilation treatment.Results After mechanical ventilation,57 patients,47 patients survived,10 died,mortality was 17.54%.Conclusion Early diagnosis and mechanical ventilation treatment of ARDS are effective methods to decrease the mortality of ARDS.
