甲壳质、壳聚糖在农业上的应用

摘　　要：本文综述了甲壳质、壳聚糖作为降解性地膜、植物生长调节剂、肥料和土壤改良剂、农药、食物保鲜剂及饲料、饵料添加剂等在农业方面的应用。Chitin and chitosan can be widely used on agriculture.These applications are as follows.First of all,chitin and chitosan can be used as degradable membrane which is very elastic and intense.Secondly,being plant growth regulator,chitin and chitosan can induce the activity of chitinase and chitosanase inside plants and raise the yield.Thirdly,combined with other additives,chitin and chitosan can also inhabit the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria.Therefore,it can be applied on gardens and cropland.This kind of fertilizer and pesticide owns characters of stable efficacy,long lasting time,unpolution and low cost.Fourthly,forage covered by chitin and chitosan which comprises lysine and metnionine can make livestock,poultry and sea living things strong.In the meantime,it can raise the milk quality.At last,chitin and chitosan can also keep fruit,eggs,meat and marine products fresh.
