摘 要:研究基于影像云纹法的路面平整度获取方法。采用Labview编写程序,开发路面高程成像采集软件,利用Labview内置的影像处理技术去除噪声干扰后,分割出路面等高面,并可用Matlab软件绘制出路面三维图像。实验表明:路面平整度影像云纹法检测方法获取的路面等高面与用实际测量所得数据绘制出的路面等高面相关性良好。该方法设计的检测系统具备不易受干扰、操作方便、易于实现、成本低、无损等优点,有广泛的应用前景。An approach on pavement roughness detection which is based on shadow moire method is proposed. Labview is used to develop imaging acquisition software for pavement elevation. With Labview image processing technology, the software can remove the noise after obtaining the image signals and get contour planes of road profiles. The 3D surface profiles of road can be built by Matlab. The experiment resuits show that contour Planes of road profiles which is obtained by highway pavement roughness inspection method based on shadow moire highly consistented with the contour plane of the pavement which is got from site measurement. This method is not sensitive to noise and has other advantages such as simple to handle, easy to achieve, low cost and nondestructive, enable its broad prospect of application.
