摘  要:莲子叶组织中的维管束均等的分布于两瓣子叶里,形成1周。筛分子由2个维管束母细胞分裂而来.维管束无形成层,无导管,也不具有螺纹管胞,只有筛分子。子叶维管束发育成熟约在受精后的20d,成熟时细胞核消失,次生壁向内延伸,筛管分子的细胞壁形成网纹结构。子叶组织中传递细胞在物质积累盛期也分布广泛,传递细胞首先发生于维管束的末端和边缘,其细胞壁内突,显极性生长。表面积与体积的比值有利于筛管的装载,同时在物质运输的受体和供体之间出现传递细胞的细胞类型是有重要意义的。子叶中维管束的结构不同于莲的其它组织中的模式,这与它的生理功能和系统演化有关。Vascular bundle equal distributed in circumfuse of two cotyledons, formed a circule. Sieve elements are division from two mother cell of vascular bundle. Vascular bundle have not cambium layer, vessel,and spiral tracheid as well. Only sieve element.Developing mature of vascular bundle about 20 days after fertilization. The cells nucleus disappear in this period, secondary wall extended toward the inside. Sieve element formed network. Transfer cells were widely distributed in cotyledon tissue this period which a lot of substance accumulation. Transfer cells occur first in final and edgeways of vaseular bundle. The cell secondary wall show in the entreme ingrowth,its ratio of the area and the volume are advantageous to the loading of sieve element. At the some time,ma jor singnificance of transfer cells appeared between the acceptor and the supply of substances transportation. A type of vascular bundle in cotyledon is different from other tissues of lotus. This vascular bundle relate to physiological function and phylogenetic evolution.
