摘 要:间谐波的频率是基频的非整数倍,会导致电压波形的均方根值和峰值发生波动进而引起闪变。分析了间谐波与闪变之间的量化关系,讨论了多个间谐波共同作用时对总闪变效应的影响;通过研究国际电工委员会(IEC)闪变仪测量方法的原理,指出其在测量间谐波闪变时的不足,并提出一种基于频域法的算法来评估间谐波闪变效应,该算法通过频谱分析来获取各间谐波分量的参数,然后利用这些参数计算总的闪变效应,能同时评估有效值波动和峰值波动引起的闪变;还提出了间谐波闪变功率的概念,用以分析不同间谐波各自对闪变的贡献,从而为闪变源识别、闪变责任追究和惩罚分摊提供理论依据。仿真实例表明,相对于IEC闪变仪,所提出的算法能有效测量间谐波闪变问题,同时能准确识别闪变源。Interharmonics,whose frequencies are not integral number of the fundamental frequency,will lead to the rms value and the peak value fluctuation in the voltage waveform which in turn leads to flicker.The quantitative relationship between interharmonics and flicker is analyzed,and the total effect induced by a number of interharmonics is discussed.By studying the IEC flicker measurement principle,the deficiencies in its use for the interharmonics-fliker measurement is pointed out,then a method based on the frequency domain algorithm is proposed to evaluate the effect of interharmonics flicker.The algorithm uses spectrum analysis first to obtain the various interharmonics components parameters,and then use these parameters to calculate the total flicker effect,which can simultaneously assess the rms fluctuation and peak fluctuations.At the same time,the concept of interharmonics power flicker is proposed to analyze different contribution from different interharmonics,so as to identify the flicker source and provide the theoretical basis for the assessment of flicker accountability and punishment.Compared with the IEC flickermeter,this algorithm can effectively measure interharmonic flicker problem,and correctly identify the flicker source.
