摘 要:直流输电系统可靠性指标的定义、评估、考核和管理日益受到电力部门的重视,现有的可靠性指标及评估方法在考核过程中暴露出一些问题。文中在直流输电系统能量可用率和能量利用率定义的基础上,提出了通道运行利用率的概念。通道运行利用率是根据能量可用率加权后的能量利用率,可以用来衡量通道在运行期间的负载强度和利用程度。通过算例分析了国内运行中的直流输电系统的可靠性水平和通道利用率,并从运行方式优化安排的角度探讨了新指标的应用。High voltage direct current transmission(HVDC) system is playing an increasingly important role in China and the relative researches,such as definition of reliability indices,reliability assessment,reliability evaluation,and reliability management for the HVDC systems,receive increasing attention.However,the present reliability indices and evaluation methods exist some problems.On the basis of the indices of energy utilization rate and the energy availability rate,the operation utilization rate is proposed and derived.It can be used to evaluate the loading intensity and utilization degree.The historical data of the practical HVDC systems are analyzed by the proposed index.The results show that the operations utilization index has a relative rational and clear representation of the status of the HVDC system and it can make appropriate tradeoffs between the dispatching sector and the operating sectors,which can in turn help to improve the reliability level of the power systems.
