摘 要:随着车间现场环境温湿度控制水平的提高,对控制温湿度的测量仪表提出了更高要求。通过验证环境试验箱校准温湿度仪的适用性,研究温湿度仪两点校准方法的步骤,并通过测试结果验证其准确性。经车间现场校准与两点校准方法的比较,确认两点校准方法的实际效果更佳,使得在温湿度的校准方法和仪表准确性的判定上有了新的途径。As the advancing technology of environmental temperature and humidity controlling,there is increasing demands for thermometer and hygrometer.The article verifies the applicability of the calibration of thermometer and hygrometer based on environmental test chamber,and researches procedure of the two-point calibration,then tests and verifies the accuracy of the method.A comparison between field calibration and two-point calibration will be conducted,and it will be drawn that two-point calibration is practically superior.The conclusion leads new approach to the calibration method of temperature and humidity as well as the determination of the accuracy of measuring equipments.
