摘 要:测量了氟锆酸盐玻璃中Dy3+ 离子的吸收光谱和荧光光谱. 根据Dy3+ 离子的吸收光谱,得到氟锆酸盐玻璃中Dy3+ 离子的J-O 参量Ωt , Ω2 = 3.29×1020cm 2, Ω4 = 1.56×1020cm 2, Ω6 =2.48×1020cm 2. 据此计算了氟锆酸盐玻璃中Dy3+ 离子的发射特性. 计算了Dy3+ 离子1.3μm 发射的6F11/2(6H9/2)→6H15/2跃迁的发射截面σe = 0.62×10- 20cm - 1. 讨论了Dy3+ 离子浓度对其荧光强度的影响, 当Dy3+ 离子掺杂浓度超过1.5m ol% 时, 发生了浓度猝灭效应.Dy 3+ doped fluorozirconate (ZBLAN) glasses were prepared, and the absorption and emission spectrum of Dy 3+ ions in ZBLAN glasses were measured. Using Judd Ofelt theory, parameters of Dy 3+ ions in fluorozirconate glasses according to the absorption spectrum and the emission cross of 6F 11/2 ( 6H 9/2 )→ 6H 15/2 tranbsition of 1.3μm emission were calculated Ω 2=3.29×10 20 cm 2, Ω 4=1.56×10 20 cm 2, Ω 6=2.48×10 20 cm 2; and σ e=0.62×10 -20 cm -1 . The calculated results showed that ZBLAB glass is a good host for Dy 3+ ion doped, and higher emission cross of Dy 3+ than Pr 3+ ∶ZBLAB give a good promising for Dy 3+ as the doped ion in 1 3μm fiber amplifier. The effect of the Dy 3+ concentration on the emissiion intensities has been discussed, emission intensities of Dy 3+ ions become stronger with incresaing the doping concentration. Concentration quenching will occur when concentration of Dy 3+ exceeds 1.5mol%.
