三种中药复方制剂对鸡MD的影响及其机制的研究

摘　　要：文章应用筛选的三种中药复方制剂,通过拌料给药,采集MDV感染鸡不同时期的血液及组织样本,进行了血液生化指标、免疫指标、机体抗氧化能力等检测分析。结果表明:三种复方制剂能通过在一定程度上提高机体的抗氧化能力、提高机体免疫力和降低端粒酶活性,抗MDV感染的作用效果,其中复方制剂1作用效果更为显著,本研究结果为开发在畜牧生产中具有应用前景的无药物残留的中药抗病毒制剂,提供参考依据。Three kinds of traditional Chinese herbal compounds selected were feed by mixing the compounds into the feed for MDV-infected Chicken as additives.Samples the blood and the tissue from MDV infected chicken were collected during MD developing for analyzing of biochemistry,immunology and anti-oxidation ability.The results showed that three kinds of Chinese herbal compounds all have affection on anti MDV infect by improving anti-oxidation,immunity enhancement and down regulation of telomerase activity of MDV-infected chicken.The compounds 1 is the best one which have significant effect on anti MDV infect.The results could be as a promising reference for developing Chinese herbal additive against virus infect on the field of improving livestock production.
