摘　　要：通过总结近30年来我国利用国际金融组织林业贷款项目建设成效和成功经验,深入分析了林业利用国际金融组织贷款存在的主要问题,探索国际金融组织贷款政策和内外部环境的新变化,结合我国实际情况和国际金融组织关注支持的重点方向,提出新时期我国林业利用国际金融组织贷款的基本思路、具体要求、重点领域和政策建议。By reviewing and summarizing the impact and experience of the forestry projects implementation financed by the international organization in the past 30 years,the paper analyzed the main problems in the utilization of the foreign loan and explored the new changes in the international finance organization loan policy and development circumstances for the project.Combined with the practice and the prior areas focused by the organization,the paper also puts forward the basic ideas,detailed requirement,prior areas and policy suggestions as well in the new period.
