摘　　要：目的:在体现辨证的动态性的基础上探讨简化规范缺血性中风病火热证的辨证思路的方法。方法:在缺血性中风发病1个月内,运用数据挖掘中的决策树、关联规则方法,探讨火热证的动态变化特征。结果:缺血性中风病发病早期多表现为里实热证,病情常常进展迅速,至恢复期实热证逐渐减少,病性由邪实向本虚转化,虚火灼津的表现更为突出。结论:缺血性中风病不同病程阶段火热证的外在表现有其自身变化规律,数据挖掘应用于中医证候学研究,初步探讨提高辨证准确性的途径和方法。Objective：To study and to improve the prediction accuracy of chinese medicine syndrome of ischemic apoplexy.Methods：As one of the theory of Data Mining,Decision Tree is a simple mathematical model that is established by using computer and correlative statistical software.It is a reliable and effective decision making technique that provide high classification accuracy with a simple representation of gathered knowledge.In chinese medical decision-making there are many situations where decision must be made effectively and reliably.Conceptual simple decision making models with the possibility of automatic learning are the most appropriate for performing such tasks.By providing a better clue for analyzing complicated chinese medical data,it has been applying in researches of chinese medicine syndrome,such as diagnosis,classification,prediction and clinical experience summary.Making a good use of decision tree could overcome some defects of traditional statistical methods.Results：The paper made contributions in three aspects：first,using related conclusions of decision tree theory to analyze and modify chinese medicine syndrome;then,supplementing association analysis,another theory of Data Mining,to help enhance the generalization performance of decision tree algorithms;finally,evaluating above works in practice.The paper present the basic characteristics of decision trees and the successful alliance with the association analysis approach with the emphasis on existing and possible future applications in chinese medicine syndrome of ischemic apoplexy.Conclusion：With the deeper application of decision tree,it is to exhibit important application values and broad developing prospects in the field of Chinese Medicine syndrome diagnosis system of apoplexy.
