摘　　要：医保患者就医流向是衡量医疗资源是否充分利用的一个重要指标。文章通过对样本市医保管理部门和定点医院的实际调查,分析医保患者就医流向存在的问题,并从宣传引导、协议管理、机制建设三方面提出建议,以控制医疗费用的不合理增长。The hospitalization intention of patients with medical insurance is an important index to evaluate whether medical resources are made full use or not.Medical insurance administration departments and designated hospitals in sampling cities were surveyed,and its problems were analyzed.Based on which,some suggestions were put forward to control the unreasonable increase of medical cost,which mainly included publicity,management and mechanism construction.
