摘　　要：目的:了解济南市8-12岁学龄期儿童血脂现状,为从儿童期开始预防心血管病积累基础资料。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪对济南市6所小学共1310名学龄期儿童进行血脂测定。结果:济南市8-12岁学龄期儿童TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C的平均水平分别为(4.16±0.82)mmol/L、(0.65±0.40)mmol/L、(1.59±0.31)mmol/L、(2.37±0.60)mmol/L。而有1项或几项血脂异常者共195例,患病率为14.9%,其中男生患病率为14.0%,女生血脂异常的患病率为检出率为15.7%,并且差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:济南市8-12岁学龄儿童血脂现状血脂水平比较乐观,但是仍应该采取措施预防血脂异常的发生。Objective To study the status of blood lipid content of children aged from 8 to 12 years old blood in Jinan,and provide basis for preventing cardiovascular disease.Methods 1310 cases of children were randomly chosen from 6 primary schools in Jinan,and their blood lipid content was determined by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The mean of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were 4.16±0.82 mmol/L,0.65±0.40mmol/L,1.59±0.31mmol/L and 2.37±0.60mmol/L,respectively.195 cases had dyslipidemia in at least one index,with total prevalence as 14.9%,prevalence as 14.0%in boys and 15.7%in girls（P0.05）.Conclusion The status of blood lipid content of children aged from 8 to 12 years old in Jinan is well,but some countermeasures still need to be put forward to prevent the occurrence of dyslipidemia.
