摘　　要：腹泻是艾滋病患者常见的一种临床症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。明代著名医学家李中梓提出了淡渗、升提、清凉、疏利、甘缓、酸收、燥脾、温肾、固涩的"治泄九法",对艾滋病相关性腹泻的防治具有重要的指导作用。深入探讨李中梓"治泄九法"在艾滋病相关性腹泻防治中的应用,对于改善患者的腹泻症状,增强机体免疫功能,提高生活质量,延缓疾病的发展都有积极的意义。As one of the most common clinical symtoms of AIDS,diarrhea exerts severe influence on the quality of patients′ lives.Proposed by prominent medical scienst Li Zhongzi of Ming′Dynasty,the Nine Methods for Diarrhea Treatment,namely,promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness with bland herbs,upraising,clearing and cooling,dispelling and promoting,sweet relaxation,sour contraction,drying spleen dampness,warming the kidney and astringing,are important guidelines in the prophylaxis and treatment of AIDS-related diarrhea.Aiming at relieving diarrhea and strengthening the patients′immute system,this thesis probes into the application of Li′s Nine Methods in the prophylaxis and treatment of AIDS-related diarrhea,which,will be helpful to improve the quality of patients′lives and hamper the development of AIDS.
