数字图书馆用户信息选择行为研究

摘　　要：借鉴有限理性理论、透镜模型及准确-努力模型,构建了依赖于有限认知资源作出信息选择决策的行为模型,对用户信息选择的影响因素-信息线索和信息检索环境进行考察。应用实证方法研究信息线索和信息选择不确定性的相互作用关系,对不同的信息检索途径中信息线索的有用性和权重变化进行了深入分析。在不同信息检索环境调整信息线索的使用,使用户信息选择的准确性最大化和所需努力最小化,指出元信息充足度与用户满意度高度相关,提出数字图书馆应通过加强元信息的准确度、提高元信息的充足度、减少元信息的所需的认知努力提升用户的满意度。This paper proposes the hypotheses according to the bounded rationality theories,lens model,the effortaccuracy framework.When combined,these theories provide a framework for a portrayal of the information selector as a decision maker to study the impact of user information selected factors-information clues and information retrieval environment.Applying empirical methods investigates the interaction between information clues and information selection uncertainty.The availability of these cues in one＇s information environment,and how much weight they carry for her/him therefore become two important parameters that determine one＇s reading list.Users are still able to adaptively make use of the information cues afforded by their information environment,thereby maximizing the accuracy of judgments while minimizing the expenditure of any effort involved in meeting their information needs.Pointed out that the meta-information adequacy and user satisfaction is highly significant.Digital library should be adopted to strengthen the accuracy of metainformation, improve the adequacy of meta-information,reduce the cognitive effort to improve customer satisfaction.
