摘　　要：中国-东盟地区有着300多个民族。民族人才培养,对中国-东盟长远合作有着深刻的战略价值。中国-东盟政府和高校应在民族人才培养问题上,形成广泛共识,倡导并大力推动面向中国-东盟自由贸易区的民族人才培养,克服各种障碍,从赋予孔子学院民族文化交流与民族人才培养新功能、建设友好学校或院系、推行"3+1"人才培养模式、加强专业设置与课程体系合作以及提升互派留学生规模与层次方面,建立多元一体的民族人才培养机制。China--ASEAN region has more than 300 nationalities.National talent cultivation and long-term cooperation between China and ASEAN have profound strategic value.China--ASEAN government and colleges should reach a common view in national talents cultivation,advocating and promoting national talent cultivation in China--ASEAN free trade area,and overcome various obstacles.Starting from the endowing Confucius instituteswith new function in ethnic culture communication,developing sister schools and departments,implementing ＂3 ＋ 1＂ mode of talent training,strengthen professional curriculum system and enhancing the scale of cooperation in student exchange,a diversity-and-unity structure of national mechanism of talents training could be established.
