摘 要:本文报道了采用两对透射型红外传感器及数字脉冲输出电路组成的双向红外线探测器,与计算机连接,以自研的软件控制超低温快速冷冻固定仪,从超微结构的水平研究生物组织、细胞在毫秒级功能变化时的同步形态变化。This paper reports the ultrastructural morphological changes with the millisecond time course in skeletal muscle during excitation\|contraction coupling. A new technology that is two\|way infrared detectors with computer has been used in this test. The principle of the two\|way infrared detector is that first pulse signal controls to produce the signal of electrical stimulation to stimulate the skeletal muscle and to start the freezing (spring speciment to frozen copper). At the same time, the first pulse signal can be delivered to computer to set the start point of electrical stimulation\|quick freezing by the special software. The second pulse signal of the infrared detector is delivered to computer while the stimulated skeletal muscle impacts the surface of copper\|mirror rapidly. This pulse signal is processed and recorded by the computer. The time courses of skeletal muscle stimulated are the time differences. The time differences can be calculated.\;The one result shows that the gaps have became narrow between the T\|tubule and endosac when skeletal muscle is stimulated. The another result is that the material of electronic density can appear in the sarcoplasmic reticulum as a core and face to T\|tubule in less than 10 ms.
