摘　　要：分析了电器触动支架零件的结构工艺性和冲压工艺,介绍了零件的排样方案、模具的总体结构、主要零部件的设计。零件的外形采用分级冲裁,充分考虑凸模的强度和加工的便利。该模具具有结构紧凑、加工制造容易、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高的特点。The technological property and the stamping technology of the electrical appliance touch support were analyzed.Layout scheme,die structure,the key parts design were introduced.The part appearance is cut progressively to strength and machining of the punch.The die structure is compact,machining easy,working smoothly,operated conveniently and high production efficiency.
